Business Analyst – Enterprise Application Modernization

Job Description:

Support the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into a modern technology stack (e.g., React-based).
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and create user stories.
Conduct gap analysis, create BRDs, BPMs, and wireframes as needed.
Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and backlog management with Jira.

Requirements:

Strong experience in legacy system modernization and migrating old applications to new technology stacks.
Expertise in requirements gathering, creating user stories, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing.
Hands-on experience working with enterprise applications in complex environments (cloud + on-premise, multi-geography users).
Good understanding of modern development practices and technology flows.
Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning).
Background in government, banking, insurance, or large enterprise projects is preferred.
