Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement
Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs
Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success
Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals
Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes
Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required
Active, unencumbered RN license
Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
Experience teaching in career schools, proprietary institutions, or non-traditional nursing education settings is a plus Benefits
