Based in Byron Bay, we have big growth plans for 2026 and are building a warm, collaborative remote team where your contributions truly matter. The Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. You’ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. What You’ll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias
  • Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop
  • Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes
  • Participate in team training, QA, and meetings
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience
  • Strong written English and professional communication
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management
Bonus Points Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms Hours / Location Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST). Fully remote. Why Join Us?
