Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Customer Service Manager to lead our remote customer support team. - Performance Management & Analytics

- Process Improvement & Automation
- Conduct regular process audits to uncover inefficiencies and recommend streamlined workflows.

Essential Qualifications
