Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy. Verify and review data for discrepancies and correct any errors encountered. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and data. Generate reports and summarize data as required by different departments. Assist in the organization and maintenance of documents and records. Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements. Participate in training sessions to improve data entry processes and ensure best practices are followed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required. Proven experience in data entry or a related field. Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferable.
