Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry Accuracy: Independently and precisely key work order and invoice data into the careerzynith enterprise system, meeting daily and month‑end deadlines.

- Vendor Collaboration: Communicate with service providers to obtain missing information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure invoices are complete and accurate.
