As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the backbone of our analytics operations, supporting cross‑functional teams—including pharma partners, payers, finance, and clinical units—to drive data‑driven decisions that enhance patient outcomes and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Compliance: Oversee the collection, validation, and entry of specialty pharmacy data, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and HITECH regulations.
  • Quarterly Business Reporting (QBR): Lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of quarterly business surveys for both pharmaceutical manufacturers and payer partners.
  • Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, update, and support data dashboards that provide real‑time insights into specialty program performance.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Work closely with finance teams to reconcile monthly and quarterly billing data, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Business Requirements Documentation (BRD): Capture, refine, and maintain detailed business requirements for data‑related initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
  • RFP/RFI Coordination: Manage the end‑to‑end process for Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information, ensuring timely and accurate responses for both pharma and payer engagements.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Serve as the go‑to data expert across careerzynith, advising partners on best practices, data standards, and analytical methodologies.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and nurture relationships with external vendors and internal teams to facilitate data exchange, system integrations, and continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor junior team members, foster a collaborative environment, and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement streamlined workflows to improve data accuracy and turnaround times.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, specialty pharmacy, or health‑care data management.
  • At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining key relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop data‑driven solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing functional issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong experience leading cross‑functional teams and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience managing client‑facing programs and delivering high‑quality results on schedule.
  • Exposure to financial analysis within a data‑centric environment.
  • Leadership experience (3+ years) in project or team management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for on‑site meetings, training sessions, or industry events (domestic and occasional international).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Data Science, Health Informatics, or related discipline).
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Hands‑on experience with data extraction, mining, cleansing, profiling, and storage technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SharePoint, Vistaar, or similar data‑management solutions.
  • Experience implementing data governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
