Position Overview
The Director, Customer Operations at careerzynith is responsible for engaging with our expansive portfolio of national client account teams and direct clients to architect, negotiate, and own the delivery of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Customer Operations, your day-to-day leadership will encompass a diverse range of strategic and tactical responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Customer Selling Leadership: Lead customer-facing selling efforts for careerzynith’s portfolio of operational products and services, while providing best-in-class client stewardship across all assigned national accounts.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the operational subject matter expert for both external client partners and internal cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and marketing, providing guidance rooted in deep industry knowledge.
- Strategic Business Planning: Lead short-term and long-term business operational planning cycles for your assigned portfolio of clients, identifying high-impact opportunities to drive beverage quality improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and category growth.
- Project Plan Development: Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, financial forecasts, resource allocation strategies, and projected financial impact for all key operational initiatives. Lead internal project team resources and own project communication with the client and account team.
- Financial Strategy: Drive the development of annual go-to-market strategies for Net Service Cost and Capital deployment across your assigned portfolio of national accounts.

- Operational Design: Build out customer operations designs and frameworks that identify opportunities to better drive quality, service, and productivity improvements across the entire system.

Essential Qualifications
