Key Responsibilities

Physical & Environmental Duties

  • Safely lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 49 pounds; frequently squat, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Stand and walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, adapting to variable noise levels (hearing protection provided) and fluctuating temperature conditions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within a fast‑moving retail, logistics, or call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
