  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including pharma, payer, finance, clinical, and operations—to gather, validate, and reconcile data required for regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH) and business reporting.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly business review (QBR) data for pharma and payer clients, facilitating data‑driven discussions and strategic planning.
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly billing reconciliation process for contracted services, working closely with finance and operations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that capture detailed data needs from specialty pharmacy partners.

  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless data exchange and continuous improvement of data pipelines.
  • Set functional and quality targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements to meet organizational objectives.
  • Mentor and onboard new team members, cultivating a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance remote work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Health‑Care Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience (e.g., high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of relevant work) will also be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in data entry, analytics, or specialty pharmacy operations, with at least 2 years focused on building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing data‑driven initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify functional gaps, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong experience leading cross‑functional teams and communicating effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Hands‑on experience with client‑facing programs, including managing expectations and delivering results on time.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for on‑site meetings, training sessions, or industry events (travel may be domestic or international).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Technical proficiency with modern programming languages and data tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with data extraction, mining, profiling, warehouse management, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SharePoint, Vistaar, or similar for workflow automation and documentation.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, predictive modeling, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
