  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FedEx services, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with management.
