Vision insurance We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support client intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency oversight, and ongoing client management on an as-needed basis.
This role provides flexible scheduling based on client volume and agency needs.
Schedule & Structure
Per diem / as-needed basis
* • Key Responsibilities Client Intake & Assessments
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (in-home or virtual)
* Compliance & Clinical Oversight
Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations
* Caregiver Competency & Training
Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
* Clinical Support
Provide phone guidance for urgent care questions
* Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota RN license

Home care or hospice experience
