[Remote] Adjunct of Human Resource Management (Undergraduate & Graduate)

Albright College is inviting applications for adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate human resource management courses in a fully online asynchronous format. The role involves facilitating engaging courses, providing feedback on student work, and fostering a supportive learning environment for adult learners.
Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging undergraduate and graduate-level courses in an asynchronous online environment using a course blueprint model Provide timely, substantive feedback on student work Support critical thinking, applied learning, and professional skill development Maintain an active and consistent instructional presence Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for adult learners Skills Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely related field Experience teaching in online, accelerated, asynchronous formats Comfort using experiential learning strategies (e.g., applied research, simulations, certifications, AI-supported activities) within a pre-designed course Strong communication, feedback, and student engagement skills Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely related field Master's degree with significant professional experience will be considered SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) and/or SHRM membership strongly preferred Familiarity with D2L Brightspace Professional or clinical experience preferred Company Overview Albright College is a school in Reading.
