[Remote] Copy Writer / Proofreader

Mindlance is a company seeking a Copy Writer / Proofreader to review and proofread internally developed projects for grammatical and factual content. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing corporate messaging across publications and communications.

Responsibilities

• Reviews internally developed projects for grammatical and factual content, and provides final proof of text
• Maintains current knowledge of BCBSNC products and services as well as those of our competitors
• Ensures all copy is compliant with regulatory and trademark requirements
• Develops and maintains corporate messaging across all publications and corporate communications
• Prepares copy for final approval. Makes changes as requested

Skills

• Associates degree or above
• 3 years of experience as a proofreader
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field
