Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you will work from the comfort of your own home while providing best-in-class support to customers on behalf of our diverse client portfolio.   • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of all customer interactions within the company CRM and knowledge management systems. Ensure data integrity and compliance with established protocols.
