Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities designed to ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their debt resolution journey. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Work as an integral member of the Client Services Team, providing the highest level of customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding retention goals and key performance indicators.
  • Resolve Client Concerns with Confidence: Address all client questions, issues, and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. Take ownership of each interaction and follow through until complete resolution is achieved.
  • Build Trust Through Transparent Communication: Establish rapport and build lasting trust with clients through open, honest, and empathetic communication via phone, email, and other approved channels.
  • Accurately Document Client Interactions: Use our proprietary CRM system to manage client accounts, document all discussions with detail and clarity, and ensure records are kept up to date in compliance with company policies.
  • Support Program Success: Assist with reviewing enrollment information, verifying account details, and identifying opportunities to help clients successfully complete the program. Engage in key retention activities throughout the client's journey.
  • Handle Escalations with Professionalism: Take and manage escalated calls with courtesy, patience, and professionalism, de-escalating tense situations and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with other supporting departments—including Account Management, Negotiations, Compliance, and Enrollment—to ensure seamless client experiences and successful program outcomes.
  • Maintain Compliance and Quality Standards: Adhere to all careerzynith policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring every interaction meets our rigorous quality and compliance standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, with call center experience strongly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus, allowing you to serve our diverse Spanish-speaking client base with cultural and linguistic competence.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection is required, along with a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

  • Previous experience in the debt settlement, debt resolution, or consumer credit industry—this is considered a major plus.
  • Background in financial services, particularly in banking, personal loans, or credit card servicing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar customer engagement tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities beyond English and Spanish.
