As a Remote Data Entry Analyst – Data Protection & Privacy, you will be a critical member of careerzynith’s privacy team. Your work will directly support the safeguarding of sensitive information, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and enabling the organization to make data‑informed decisions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, validate, and maintain large volumes of privacy‑related data across multiple internal platforms.
  • Conduct routine audits to verify data integrity, flag inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including cybersecurity, legal, and product development—to interpret data protection requirements and translate them into actionable data entry guidelines.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a STEM‑related role, with a focus on data handling, privacy, or security.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Data Protection & Privacy regulations (local, national, and international) and the ability to apply them in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, active listening, and the appropriate use of tone and language.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Reliability and punctuality—consistent attendance is a core expectation for this remote position.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
