Position Overview

In this remote, full‑time role, you will process incoming healthcare claim forms, digitize them using arenaxflex‑provided templates, and ensure that every data point is captured with the highest level of accuracy. You will work within a collaborative team, adhering to established keystroke and quality standards while meeting shift‑based productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and Validate Complex Data: Accurately input claim details from scanned documents into arenaxflex’s proprietary digital forms.
  • Image Classification & Indexing: Categorize claim images, assign appropriate metadata, and ensure they are searchable within the system.
  • Pre‑Adjudication Review: Perform initial checks on claim information, flag inconsistencies, and correct data as required.
  • Verification of Automated Extraction: Cross‑check data produced by OCR and other automated tools to guarantee precision.
  • Multi‑Source Document Handling: Synthesize information from multiple source documents to complete a single claim entry.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow arenaxflex’s standard operating procedures, data‑security protocols, and quality‑control guidelines.
  • Supervised Collaboration: Work under the guidance of team leads, seeking clarification when needed while maintaining independence in routine tasks.

Shift Options (All Remote)

  • 06:00 – 14:00 CST
  • 11:00 – 19:00 CST
  • 14:00 – 22:00 CST

Associates are expected to select one of the above shifts and maintain consistent attendance throughout the workweek (Monday – Friday).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy; proficiency with a ten‑key numeric keypad is required.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite and effective internet research skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and sustain a ≤ 1 % error rate on all data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated capability to maintain or exceed 4,000 numeric KSPH and 2,500 alphanumeric KSPH.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in health administration is a plus.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Experience working through a VPN connection and familiarity with remote‑desktop environments.
