They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for designing and executing digital outreach strategies, managing multimedia content, and leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy
  • Create and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts
  • Maintain and update program websites in compliance with accessibility and performance standards
  • Design marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Support outreach events through targeted digital campaigns and promotional content
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies
  • Produce employment-focused digital tools for clients (e.g., video resumes, online portfolios)
  • Collaborate with recruiting and program staff to align messaging and outreach efforts

Skills

  • Strong digital marketing and content creation expertise
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Experience with video production and audio editing
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong written communication and branding skills
  • US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background check
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production
  • Experience marketing workforce development or government programs
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508 compliance)
  • Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and audience targeting strategies
  • Knowledge of veteran or military community audiences
  • Experience producing newsletters, press releases, and public communications
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
