[Remote] Epic Senior Consultant - Quality Reporting & Value-Based Care

Nordic Global is a consulting company specializing in healthcare solutions, and they are seeking an Epic Senior Consultant to support their Quality team. The role involves data analysis, project coordination, and operational support to enhance EHR solutions for clients, along with opportunities for professional growth and Epic certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality team in data analysis, reporting validation, and interpretation of findings for client and internal initiatives
  • Assist with Epic-related project work, including documentation, testing, workflow analysis, and build support as assigned
  • Gather and organize detailed requirements, data points, and supporting materials for client deliverables
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal team members to support project goals and day-to-day activities
  • Analyze clinical, operational, or reporting workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support testing, quality assurance, issue tracking, and follow-up activities for assigned workstreams
  • Prepare documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and other project materials
  • Work directly with end users and team members to monitor workflows and provide support recommendations
  • Participate in client-facing and internal meetings to support ongoing work-product coordination and project status tracking
  • Assist in developing and improving internal support documents, workflows, and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and client needs
  • Participate in continuous learning opportunities to grow expertise, including obtaining Epic certification within the first 6 months
  • Uphold and strengthen Nordic’s corporate culture

Skills

  • Ability and willingness to attend Epic certification classes within the first 6 months is required moving towards full certification
  • 6 years' experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, quality programs, or operational support
  • 2-3 years of client facing project management experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer management and service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to organize with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and regulatory concepts
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims
  • At least 2 years of quality and regulatory compliance understanding and experience to include programs such accreditation bodies (TJC, DNV), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) programs, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health and Human Services, etc
  • Understanding of clinical, operational, or quality workflows
