[Remote] Growth & Alliances Partner

They are seeking experienced Growth & Alliances Partners to identify and facilitate qualified opportunities in financing, acquisitions, and market expansion across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce qualified opportunities and facilitate until closure
- Handle evaluation, structuring, execution, and delivery of opportunities
- Opportunities may include financing and capital needs, acquisitions and strategic investments, market expansion and cross-border growth, and advisory and consulting engagements
Skills
- Trusted relationships with business owners, investors, lenders, founders, acquirers, family offices, executives, or other decision-makers
- Experience identifying and introducing qualified opportunities and facilitating until closure
- Relevant backgrounds may include commercial banking, SBA / USDA lending, business brokerage, M&A advisory, private equity, consulting, legal or accounting advisory, fractional executive services, or founder or operator networks
- Established professional network
- Comfortable operating independently
- Experience working directly with decision-makers
- Preference for flexibility over traditional employment structures
