Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Representative to join our expanding Sales and Customer Experience team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers through web-based chat platforms, including Facebook Messenger and our proprietary chat interface. You will answer product questions, verify wheel and tire fitment, recommend appropriate options, and assist with scheduling service appointments.
