[Remote] Manager, Member Marketing & Sales Support

The Manager, Member Marketing & Sales Support is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs aimed at improving member onboarding, engagement, and retention, while also providing marketing support for sales and distribution partners.
Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding and re-onboarding programs that improve early engagement and reduce churn risk
- Manage lifecycle communications supporting engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Identify friction points in member journeys and deploy targeted interventions
- Execute marketing support for healthcare programs and plan management initiatives
- Translate clinical intent into consumer-friendly messaging
- Ensure compliance and accuracy across all materials
- Partner with Sales teams to deliver campaigns, assets, and enablement materials
- Support go-to-market launches and readiness activities
- Track KPIs and campaign performance
- Apply test-and-learn optimization approaches
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
