[Remote] Oncology Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Analyst to support and upgrade legacy Oncology applications within a healthcare environment. The role involves collaborating with clinicians and vendors, executing upgrades, and providing technical support for Oncology specific applications.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Healthcare IT to support, maintain and upgrade legacy Oncology applications within a healthcare environment and good understanding of clinical Oncology workflows
  • Should have experience in Oncology specific applications: Insightive, BrainLab, Doc3EHR, Mobius 3D, MUCheck, PipsPro, RadCalc, Elekta Oncentra Brachy, Elekta Teleport, MIM Maestro, Progeny Clinical, ClearCheck and upgrades
  • Experience with Procedure Code Libraries and treatment planning systems
  • Familiar with Aria and Mosaiq and how they interface with the above listed apps
  • Required good understanding of servers, including physical, virtual and Citrix
  • Collaborate with clinicians, physicists and vendors to ensure system continuity during upgrades
  • Strong working knowledge of technical Server functionality, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HL7 interfaces
  • Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines and workstations
  • Collaborate with Customer, vendor, and Clinical stakeholders to coordinate upgrade schedules and testing
  • Perform Integration testing with EMR & HL7 interfaces
  • Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines and workstations
  • Conduct system validation and regression testing to ensure upgrades meet functional and performance standards
  • Provide Level 2/3 support during go-live and hyper care
  • Monitor and troubleshoot post upgrade issues to ensure operational continuity

Skills
