[Remote] Procurement Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sunrise Systems, Inc. is looking for a Procurement Consultant to manage grant-funded procurements and contracts. The role involves serving as the procurement point of contact, issuing and managing solicitations, and ensuring alignment of procurement activities with grant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all grant-funded procurements and contracts
• Serve as the procurement point of contact for the grant
• Attend planning or project management meetings
• Issue, award, and manage new solicitations (RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFGA and Task Orders)
• Issue and Manage ISAs with Governor’s Office, ADHS, and ADES relating to the grant
• Assist in aligning procurement activities with grant requirements, ensuring proper documentation, audit readiness, and proactive risk mitigation
• Maintain continuous coordination with program leadership, finance, and the CPO to ensure procurement strategies support agency outcomes and regulatory expectations
