[Remote] Recruiter

Tetra Tech is a leader in water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure, providing high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide. They are seeking a recruiter to manage high-volume hiring efforts across technical and engineering teams, while partnering with senior recruiters on sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions across engineering, technical, and professional services teams while maintaining strong organization and responsiveness
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support recruiting strategies and hiring goals
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, and creative sourcing techniques
- Support senior recruiters on targeted sourcing initiatives and difficult-to-fill technical roles
- Write engaging outreach messages and job advertisements that attract talent in competitive markets
- Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
- Assist with recruitment marketing, social recruiting efforts, and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruiting activity and sourcing effectiveness to support data-driven decision making
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing tools, AI technology, and talent market insights
- Support university recruiting and early-career talent initiatives as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector
- 4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social sourcing, and internet search techniques
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging outreach messaging
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to expand recruiting and sourcing capabilities
- Ability to balance recruiting operations with creative sourcing support
- Experience using Oracle Taleo
