[Remote] Recruiter

Tetra Tech is a leader in water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure, providing high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide. They are seeking a recruiter to manage high-volume hiring efforts across technical and engineering teams, while partnering with senior recruiters on sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across engineering, technical, and professional services teams while maintaining strong organization and responsiveness
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support recruiting strategies and hiring goals
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, and creative sourcing techniques
• Support senior recruiters on targeted sourcing initiatives and difficult-to-fill technical roles
• Write engaging outreach messages and job advertisements that attract talent in competitive markets
• Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
• Assist with recruitment marketing, social recruiting efforts, and employer branding initiatives
• Track recruiting activity and sourcing effectiveness to support data-driven decision making
• Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing tools, AI technology, and talent market insights
• Support university recruiting and early-career talent initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
• Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector
• 4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working within Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social sourcing, and internet search techniques
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging outreach messaging
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to expand recruiting and sourcing capabilities
• Ability to balance recruiting operations with creative sourcing support
• Experience using Oracle Taleo
