[Remote] Sales Manager

Solutions Driven is partnering with an industry leader in fire safety and detection technology to find a Sales Manager for North America. The role involves driving revenue through a targeted sales strategy, managing existing accounts, and building relationships with B2B clients to provide innovative detection solutions.
Responsibilities
- Driving revenue by executing a sharp, targeted sales strategy and spotting new market opportunities across North America and LATAM
- New business and account management where you'll manage and grow existing accounts organically whilst also identify new customers to sell into and bring onboard
- Building real relationships with key B2B clients, matching their needs to genuinely innovative detection solutions
- Leading with expertise, not discounts. You'll bring technical knowledge and a consultative approach so clients see you as a trusted advisor, not just another rep
- Forecasting with precision and influencing decision-makers at every stage, from initial conversations through to procurement
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, within the Fire Protection sector, whether that's detection, systems, equipment or servicing
- A track record of winning new accounts and growing them into long-term partnerships
- Sharp relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Familiarity with NFPA codes is a strong plus
