[Remote] Senior Renewal Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Renewal Account Manager to lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships with enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end renewal process for strategic account portfolio
- Lead consultative renewal discussions with C-level stakeholders
- Develop account-specific renewal strategies for enterprise customers
- Navigate complex, multi-year contract negotiations
- Partner across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support to resolve enterprise issues
- Maintain accurate forecasts and share insights on strategic renewal best practices
- Mentor RAM team members on complex renewal techniques
- Build trusted relationships using customer insights, product usage, and business goals
Skills
- 5-7 years managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios
- Proven success with enterprise/strategic B2B SaaS customers
- Strong executive presence and C-level engagement skills
- Multi-year agreement negotiation experience
- Value-based selling or customer success methodology expertise
- Ability to use CRM tools and customer data to inform renewal decisions
- Experience with PE-backed or enterprise accounts
- Track record of saves on high-risk, high-value renewals
- Deep understanding of commercial contract structures
- Hospitality or vertical SaaS industry experience
