[Remote] Software Engineer - Site Reliability

As a Software Engineer - Site Reliability, you will ensure systems remain reliable and high-performing while collaborating with engineering teams to improve observability and strengthen infrastructure resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain tooling to automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response
  • Track SLOs/SLIs and reduce operational toil through engineering solutions
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortems to improve reliability
  • Strengthen cloud infrastructure for scalability and availability
  • Improve observability and system performance
  • Collaborate with development teams on reliability best practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering
  • Strong coding skills (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
  • Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
