[Remote] Time & Labor Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking a Time & Labor Analyst to join one of their top clients. In this role, you will support the administration and optimization of time & labor functionality within a Deltek Costpoint environment, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth processes and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration for Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor
- Support entitlement administration, including employee leave and holiday calendar maintenance
- Resolve operational issues through a case management or ticketing platform in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Maintain and enhance process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repository content
Skills
- 3+ years of Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor experience
- Experience with business requirements gathering and system configuration
- Experience administering leave plans, labor charging, and holiday calendars
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience working within case management or ticketing systems
