  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, operations, finance, and IT teams on strategic initiatives, ensuring analytical rigor and alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data‑entry tasks, leveraging tools such as Alteryx, SQL scripts, and RPA solutions to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold data governance standards, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) throughout the data lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Proficiency in SQL (T‑SQL/PL‑SQL) and experience writing complex queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Hands‑on experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R, including libraries for data manipulation (pandas, dplyr), visualization (matplotlib, ggplot2), and modeling (scikit‑learn, statsmodels).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, and conduct exploratory data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting technical concepts to senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse functional teams.

  • Background in logistics, supply‑chain analytics, or transportation‑focused data projects.
  • Understanding of financial reporting, fundamental accounting principles, and revenue analytics.
