This is a senior-level role for professionals who already understand construction workflows, pricing, and client management. North Houston - South Houston This is not an entry-level position. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage assigned construction accounts from estimating through execution. Small Sub groups.
Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, infrastructure, and specialty projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and administrators.
Track project scope, pricing, and timelines
Support deal execution and ongoing client relationships
Ensure estimates align with real-world construction costs and margins What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as Contractor , Project Manager, Estimator, or dual PM/Estimator
Strong understanding of construction pricing and takeoffs
Comfortable managing multiple projects and accounts remotely
Clear communication and strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes with subs. Why This Role
