Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with basic banking issues such as account information, transactions, statements, card support, and security inquiries.

Provide accurate and clear information about bank products and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Document interactions in the CRM system and escalate complex issues as needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all banking and data security policies.

Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Must be based in the USA with legal authorization to work.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

No prior banking experience is required – this is an entry-level role.

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.

Full training will be provided.

  • Working Hours
  • *

Flexible shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts.

Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.

40 hours per week (Full-Time).
