Key Responsibilities

  • * Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • * Manage correspondence, emails, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and completion of tasks.
  • * Support back-office functions such as data entry, document organization, and workflow coordination.
  • * Track project progress, update records, and assist in report generation for management review.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Back Office Support professional (remote experience preferred).
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • * Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.

  • * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
